Today Newnagy signed an agreement with Lubei District, Tangshan city to build the company's industrial park. The government of Lubei District will finance the construction of a state-of-the-art industrial park which is composed of office building, R&D center, pilot production facility and apartments. In addition, the Lubei District will provide Newnagy with certain amount of financial support for its operations. The three high-tech projects Lubei District brought in include Newnagy's nanogenerator project, China Academy of Space Technology (CAST)'s graphene project, and Tsinghua Science Park project.

Lubei District is a major district in Tangshan.  It is the political, economic and cultural center of the city, with an area of one hundred and twelve square kilometers and a population of one million.
